Rachel Rosso has been practicing interior architecture for over 25 years with a focus on human centered design, empathy, and integration of wellness at the built environment. She has a wealth of experience in all stages of design and the ff&e process for municipal project types.
Rachel is skilled at actively listening with authentic enthusiasm. She finds great joy in visioning + design and provoking clients to think big. Rachel enjoys collaborating not only with the client, but with all team members on the design and construction side.

Michael Rosso joined Rachel/Studio 8 the Spring of 2022. Michael is an innovative, hands-on architect and manager with a passion for municipal, public safety, and community-centric architecture. Over the last 25 years, Michael has proven to be a creative collaborator, a valuable knowledge resource for project specific needs, and a thought leader in public safety, community, recreation, and aquatic facility design. He has demonstrated special skills as a Project Manager in consensus building with clients, design team members and construction managers.
Michael’s experience includes design, construction, and design assist on over 32 public safety projects and 29 community, recreational, resource, and aquatic facilities for different municipalities and institutions across the state of Arizona
