This new 22,000 sf two-story city hall houses administration, City Council chambers, development and community services, engineering, finance, human resources, information technology, and emergency operations functions.  The new complex replaces the old storefront City Hall with state of the art municipal offices while providing a new public gathering plaza.

The lobby space within the city owned and managed structure was designed to project the city’s welcoming and professional image to all who visit it.  It was a goal to provide a seed for a future urban setting.  It was necessary to reference the City’s identity of pride, responsibility, transparency, and leadership.  The material palette reflects municipal values of fiduciary responsibility.
